Ambush Bug Year None #1 (of 6) – The wait is over - everyone's favorite Bug is back, courtesy of the original AMBUSH BUG team of Keith Giffen and Robert Loren Fleming! Cities will be destroyed! Cats and dogs will live in sin! Every unanswered question of the DC Universe will be answered! Live heroes will die and dead heroes will live! Okay, none of that actually happens, but join us anyway for this totally irreverent romp through the DC Universe as only Ambush Bug could give you!

Broken Trinity #1 – Last year, there was a birth. This year, there will be a death. In 2007, Top Cow unleashed First Born, hailed by critics as 'a quality mini-series,' 'required reading' and 'an epic adventure.' That storyline, chronicling the arrival of Sara Pezzini's baby and the ensuing war between Angelus and The Darkness, changed the Top Cow Universe forever. But that was just the beginning. Broken Trinity brings together the Witchblade, The Darkness and Angelus once more, but this time the stakes are even higher as a new artifact is discovered, forever upsetting the balance of power. By the conclusion of the crossover, a major new player will be introduced into the Top Cow Universe, while at least one established character will be gone forever.

Liberty Comics: A CBLDF Benefit Book – This bad boy features art and stories by some of the best in the business, and the proceeds go to the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, which helps out creators and stores who are sued by people who think comics should only be for little kids. Buy a good comic and support a good cause at the same time…much easier than simultaneous walking and chewing gum, guaranteed!

Marvel Adventures Superheroes #1 – Ironically, a comic aimed at kids comes next. Oh well…..It's probably a bad sign when Hercules comes asking for a favor. It's juuuuuust a little job that needs doing, but this is Hercules; isn't he supposed to be REALLY good at doing labors himself? Before they know it, Iron Man, Spider-Man and the Hulk are stuck looking after Orthus and Cerberus, the two legendary hounds of the underworld! Luckily, the dogs learn to behave after chewing up only a few cars, a statue, and Iron Man, and finally they're obedient enough for the Metro Dog Show! Only problem, Hercules wants the dogs back. Oh no, Herc, not before the Hulk gets his ribbon! It's two dogs with five heads between them, and all the action you can handle.

Nocturnals: Carnival of Beasts (1-Shot) – Celebrate the return of Nocturnals with three rings of savagery in NOCTURNALS: CARNIVAL OF BEASTS. In the fully painted 'Beasts', Doc Horror unleashes an inner demon while settling an old score with a viper's nest of disturbed scientists. 'The Scrimshaw Crown' follows amphibian girl, Starfish, tracking a haunted sea monster. In 'Candy Butchers,' Halloween Girl, the Gunwitch and Polychrome encounter toothsome carnies.

Skrulls (1-Shot) – Ever since the dawning of the Marvel Age of heroes, the Skrulls have been known as scheming, conniving, insidious interlopers in the affairs not just of Earth, but the whole universe. Now, get the Skrulls' side of the story! Who are they, what drives them, and what are their ultimate goals? Who are their heroes, and who are their villains? And what will become of their clash between religion and modernity - manifest in their relentless pursuit of the Earth as the final prize - when it spills over into universal mayhem? SKRULLS! helps answer these questions and gives you the clues to ask even more! Featuring detailed information about the full expanse of Skrull history - including biographical data of classic Skrulls through the ages, reprints of key moments from Skrull history and original material that will help form a deeper understanding of the Skrull race...all from a Skrull perspective.

Straw Men #1 (of 12) – In Los Angeles, 14-year-old Sarah Becker disappears into thin air. Ex-cop John Zandt and FBI agent Nina Black are on the trail of Sarah's abductor, a man that Zandt has a terrible history with, a sadistic killer known only as The Upright Man. In Montana, former CIA agent Ward Hopkins tries to uncover the mystery behind his parent's death. Seemingly unconnected incidents happen hundreds of miles from each other. Soon Ward, Nina and Zandt will learn that all roads lead to The Straw Men!

Two Face: Year One #1 (of 2) – In a time of corruption and greed, the only force keeping Gotham City from collapsing into utter chaos included Assistant District Attorney Harvey Dent, a cop named Jim Gordon, a vigilante known only as Batman - and a mysterious group of untouchable crimefighters working outside the law. Be here to witness the beginning of a legacy, when a meeting between Gotham's Finest and Gotham's Vilest spawn the protectors who will safeguard Gotham's future, as well as the monster who will try to burn it to the ground. Don't miss the start of this exciting 2-part miniseries featuring one of The Dark Knight's most fearsome foes!

Uncanny X-Men #500 – Sentinels? What? And Magneto? And is that the Master Mold? What the hell is going on in San Francisco now that the Uncanny X-Men have relocated there? They've got a new Headquarters and a new status quo as the gauntlet is thrown for a new era of mutantkind. It's all here in the double-sized anniversary issue that sets up the plotlines that will be developed over the next year in UNCANNY. And it's all brought to you by the hot writing team of Ed Brubaker & Matt Fraction (Immortal Iron Fist) and fan favorite artists Greg Land (ULTIMATE FANTASTIC FOUR, X-MEN: FREE COMIC BOOK DAY) and Terry Dodson (SPIDER-MAN/BLACK CAT, Wonder Woman). New creators, new home. The future begins now.

War Heroes #1 – MARK MILLAR and TONY HARRIS - TOGETHER AGAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME! If you've been wondering what comes next after MARK MILLAR's groundbreaking runs on ULTIMATES and ULTIMATES 2, then wonder no more - this is it! The mind that reinvented superheroes for the 21st Century joins forces with one of comicdom's best artists to chart a new courses for superhero action in a series that will definitely be one of the talked about of the year!
